Das Pilot Support Program wird gemäß den Richtlinien der European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) CAT.GEN.MPA 215 durchgeführt.

- Promotion and Education of the Support Program for all Flight Crew
- Initial and recurrent training for peers
- Continuous support of peers by an Aviation Psychologist
